As we begin the new year, we would like to remind you of the attached memo from the Graduate School, dated 12/12/2023, regarding student hires. It is crucial to take note of the recommendations outlined in the memo to ensure smooth and accurate processing.
While it’s not strictly required to go back and fix existing ePARs, we strongly advise utilizing the new stipend calculator and corresponding dates for all upcoming student hires. Failure to transition to the updated calculator and dates may result in incorrect payment to students and, consequently, modest budgetary implications.
It’s not too late to make the necessary corrections to new ePARs. We encourage you to take prompt action to avoid any potential issues.
