The following message is being forward to all faculty and staff in the College of Arts and Sciences from the Total Wellbeing Office.

Dear Tar Heels:

All staff and faculty are invited to the Total WellBeing Expo next Wednesday, March 13, for a day of wellness activities. Join us in Fetzer Hall, 210 South Road from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for:

  • Free pizza and salad bar in the TIAA Food & Fun Zone
  • Wellness Resource Fair
  • Blood Pressure Checks
  • Fitness and Meditation Sessions
  • Cooking Demos
  • Engaging Bouncing Bulldogs jump rope performance
  • Selfies with Rameses and more!

View the Expo agenda to see the full schedule and to register for activities.

Expo participation is free, and attendance is considered work time for staff, who should seek advance approval from their supervisors to attend. Free parking is available in the Cobb Deck on Paul Green Drive. Bus routes to the Expo include Bus Route U and Route RU, which have stops by Fetzer Hall and will be running on their regular schedule.

Can’t attend in person? Virtual events will be happening all week long, with sessions on a variety of wellness topics, including workouts, financial advice, dietary tips and more. Visit the Virtual Events Calendar to see all offerings and to register.

As a reminder, Wednesday, March 13, is encouraged to be a no-meetings day to allow more flexibility for in-person attendance of the Expo and to support the day’s focus on employee well-being.

If you would like printed posters, these can be picked up at the AOB reception desk anytime 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. . Please email totalwellbeing@unc.edu to reserve your copies or if you have any questions.
