REMINDER: Upcoming Double Parking Permit Payroll Deduction

University Business Managers,
As a reminder, due to an issue with the payroll file transfer for parking permit deductions for University BW Payroll 14, there was no deduction in the 1/26/2024 paycheck. A double payroll deduction for BW 14 and 15 will happen in the 2/9/2024 paycheck to correct this issue.
A reminder about the upcoming double deduction has been sent to all University employees who have parking permit payments payroll deducted on a biweekly pay period schedule.
