Unrestricted Gift Source Review
Sent: November 30, 2023 1:01 pmThe following message is being sent to all administrative managers in the College of Arts and Sciences with a request to forward to any relevant staff.
The Dean’s Office of the College of Arts and Sciences has just completed a review of unrestricted gift sources in the 5XXXX range that are still actively accepting unrestricted gifts. Departments that need to convert these sources into the 15XXX source range will be receiving a DocuSign email requesting a new source and approving deactivation of the previous source used for gifts. Please let your chairs/directors be aware that this is coming out this week and that they will need to sign the document. All business managers will receive a copy of the request.
The Dean’s Office staff will take care of requesting the new source in Connect Carolina and will work with each department on later deactivation of the previous 5XXXX source used for gifts.
